Rick Gach brings over 25 years of dedicated experience to the field of Social Security Disability representation. After earning his degree in Industrial Technology from the California University of Pennsylvania, Rick transitioned to a career as a workers' compensation adjuster in Orlando, Florida, before becoming a litigation paralegal in 1989. In this role, he supported attorneys in workers’ compensation claims, building a strong foundation in disability advocacy.
Since 2004, Rick has represented claimants at hearings before Administrative Law Judges at the Social Security Administration. In 2005, he became one of the first non-attorney representatives in the U.S. to qualify for direct fee payments under the Social Security Administration's EDPNA program, underscoring his expertise in this complex area of law.
Rick founded SSD Solutions in 2013 to provide a more personalized approach to Social Security Disability cases, offering one-on-one support to individuals seeking disability benefits. His commitment to his clients, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the system, has earned him a reputation for professionalism and integrity in the industry.
As a highly respected Disability Representative with experience in over 1,500 hearings, Rick joined the Hogan Smith SSD team in 2017, where his role as an EDPNA-qualified advocate continues to make a significant impact. His expertise and dedication ensure that disabled individuals receive the benefits they need and deserve.
